Garden Room

Adjacent to the Live Oak room via the lobby is the elegant Garden Room, the perfect venue for sophisticated cocktail socials, baby or wedding showers, memorable wedding ceremonies and/or small meetings or workshops. The Garden Room also includes a 1,000 square foot private outdoor patio, allowing your guests to enjoy the lovely Florida weather during your event.

The gracefully decorated Garden Room is 1,800 square feet with a maximum occupancy of 130 and can serve as a perfect space for private parties or a convenient breakout space for the Live Oak Ballroom.

Event Space Rental includes:

  • 6 full hours that includes decorating and cleanup.
  • An on-site Event Coordinator for your event to assist with setup changes, A/V needs, decorations, temperature control, security needs, venue questions or issues, room lighting, and more.
  • Padded banquet chairs & tables for your requested floor plan (round or rectangular tables available).
