Live Oak Room

The spacious Live Oak Room offers a warm and sophisticated atmosphere ideal for meetings, banquets, and breakout space in a secluded location in the Ferrell Commons building. Complete with beautifully vaulted ceilings and grand skylights, the room also offers large projection screens and high quality LCD projectors to accommodate impressive business presentations and vibrant slideshows.

The Live Oak Room is 3,200 square feet with a maximum occupancy of 230, which can be separated into two meeting rooms or banquet spaces for your convenience.

The Garden Room is available as an additional meeting room or breakout space for the Live Oak Ballroom.

Event Space Rental includes:

  • 6 full hours that includes decorating and cleanup.
  • An on-site Event Coordinator for your event to assist with setup changes, A/V needs, decorations, temperature control, security needs, venue questions or issues, room lighting, and more.
  • Padded banquet chairs & tables for your requested floor plan (round or rectangular tables available).
